Conditions of Hire

  1. All payments will be made in advance directly to Bay Linen either by cash, cheque or EFT.
  2. A refundable bond of $100.00 will be charged.
  3. The bond will be direct deposited to the customers nominated account within 7 days of the linens return to either of the Laundrettes.
  4. The hirer agrees to pay BayLinen Hire for any items lost, returned damaged or incomplete during the hiring period at full replacement cost.
  5. All hired items must be returned in a fair and reasonable condition. Should the hirer fail to do this Bay Linen Hire is entitled to recover reasonable cleaning and repair expenses. The cost of laundering the linen is included in the hiring cost, however, should the linen require extra laundering due to its poor condition, then that cost will be deducted from the bond.
  6. Items can be collected from either Laundrette by appointment.
  7. A cancellation of $50.00 will be charged if hire items are cancelled after delivery.
  8. All linen is to be bagged and left outside the house by 11.30am on the day of the departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
  9. All prices are subject to change without notice.
